Return Policy for on-line purchases

If, within 30 days of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with the look, feel, comfort, ease-of-use and mobility of your Mobile Bed, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of bed plus tax (if applicable).  Freight charges are non-refundable.

To complete your return and receive a refund you must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase
  2. Have original packaging/box/materials
  3. Request return within 30 days of purchase following the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedures.
  4. Ship the product within 14 days of receipt of the Return Merchandise Authorization.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition and/or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 business days.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange for the same item due to manufacturer defect, send us an e-mail at support@wallbedsnmore.com.  We will work with you to correct the issue.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@wallbedsnmore.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where we assist in the arranging for return shipping of the product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

(RMA) Procedures

Send an e-mail to Support@wallbedsnmore.com

In the Subject line please include: “RMA Request”

In the body of your message include:

  • Order Number
  • Order Date
  • Your Name and Address
  • Reason for the return
We will respond with a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.

Ship the product back to our warehouse within 14 days as directed in the instructions that you will receive.
